Model boundaries
PDB constrains voluntary evictions, not Deployment rolling updates or involuntary failures. Calculates one workload and one PDB, using supplied healthy counts; does not simulate replacement readiness, quorum, overlapping PDBs, stale status or whole-node drain. Terminating Pods can exceed the rollout ceiling. Unhealthy-Pod policy does not increase this healthy-Pod budget.
